Fast and professional - these two words accurately describe Linda's approach to work. Oriented to the result. Linda really enjoys the work process, even solving the most difficult issues. Real estate is definitely one of her loves.

Mikus is a captain of real estate development. Having worked in the industry for more than 20 years, he knows everything about the latest trends and selflessly shares his knowledge and experience. He’s a sympathetic leader with an analytical mind, a fine sense of humour and the ability to inspire. Mikus has the talent to maintain objectivity in any situation. In project development and implementation, he always strives for the best possible result.

Valērijs is the key to the quality of our projects! He makes sure that new owners are given their homes in perfect condition. Patience is his virtue, and he sees something positive in any situation. Colleagues call Valērijs the team psychotherapist – he always listens, reassures and helps.

Sanita is our energy ball who can fill any room with her endless positivity. No matter what the task is, Sanita is always there to find a solution. Her knowledge, just like the admirable work capacity, is unlimited.

She is an example of accuracy and scrupulousness in our team. She always acts in a professional, balanced and purposeful manner. Ludmila excels in communication with different parties and her strength is intuition. Ludmila loves details therefore all her projects are like children which are being cherished, respected and loved.

The soul of our team! Mārtiņš is the most joyful of our colleagues and one of the most experienced. During his more than 15 years in the field of real estate, he’s done great things, including implementing an 800-apartment project! Currently, Mārtiņš is dedicating his courage, knowledge and positive energy to our Zaķusala project.

An architect at heart, Ivo is the most serene design manager in the world! Using his precision, argumentative talent, inner peace and sense of responsibility, Ivo develops standardised solutions for our projects. A keen optimist, he maintains his sense of humour even in seemingly hopeless situations and inspires with professional advice.

Kristaps has huge receptiveness, great accuracy with enviable creativity which helps to overcome the major difficulties. Cooperation with him is easy and pleasant. Besides, not only is Kristaps a great project manager, but also skilled in manual work, which adds to his wide spectrum of talents.

If there’s a challenge, Madara will accept it, achieve what’s desired and do it perfectly! She’s a team person, taking care of details that at first seem invisible, but are very important in the implementation of our projects. Madara is friendly, helpful, precise and responsible. Currently she is on a maternity leave.

Baiba is our ‘out-of-the-box’ solution guru. She skilfully fuses functionality with practicality adding a touch of great aesthetics to her interior design projects. Baiba agrees — the devil is in the details. She can easily remember the most subtle project nuances. She is always helpful and ready to share an advice in the moment of need.

When looking for a daily dose of positivity, Inese is a colleague to go to. She works with great passion and attention, and holds on to her motto — there are no problems that cannot be solved. Inese is always ready to new experiences and challenges both in work and beyond. She is a person who is not afraid to think outside box and look for unusual solutions. Measure seven times and cut one — it captures the essence of Inese.

Jānis, our BIM guru, knows how to explain the most complicated concepts in a simple lay language, it is his superpower. He is said to have a wish to put in order and structure information unless we talk about his desktop which is always an artistic mess. Jānis is always ready to give a helping hand, and there is typically a joke you can hear in his office, able to cheer up even the most sworn Grinch.

Responsive, communicative and balanced, Māris is a fantastic colleague to have around. There is nothing chaotic about him; he is our most diligent worker who perceives assignments with utmost responsibility. In order to achieve the desirable outcome, he pays attention to the tiniest details. Owing to Māris, there is another great colleague in our office — a dog named Shera.

Nadīna is our creative generator of ideas — she always smiles and brims with energy. Nadīna charges also the surrounding people with her positivity. In addition to her mandatory tasks Nadīna is ready to get involved and give a helping hand. She is not afraid to express her opinion and it, as we know, is not an easy task.

Evita is a colleague you can always relay on. Positive, communicative, nonetheless balanced and responsible, Evita has a rare ability to keep calm even in the most difficult situations. In order to successfully attain the desirable result, she is not afraid of stepping outside the comfort zone. Owing to her rich experience, Evita is a wonderful person to go to when you need a piece of advice.

Rihards is the creative person of our team. He arrives at work with a cheerful morning song which can be heard when he switches on his computer. Nevertheless, Rihards is not only an author of splendid jingles. He is skilful at creating a visual identity of the company, thinking one step ahead in terms of different solutions.
