Selection & application

Take a look at apartments available in our projects, choose the one most suitable for you and make an online reservation request or an appointment with one of our sales consultants.

Apartment reservation

After choosing an apartment, you can make an oral reservation with one of our sales consultants, valid for 5 working days.

Home financing

If you need financing for the purchase of a new home, please find out about possibilities to receive a mortgage loan before signing the reservation agreement.

Choice of finishing

Free or paid finishing solutions are available for projects under construction. They may be selected up until a specific time in the construction process.

Onsite apartment inspection and elimination of possible defects

When construction of the project is completed and it’s possible to see all the nuances of the new apartment, you will be able to evaluate it onsite together with our sales consultant and sign the transfer deed.

Purchase agreement

After the transfer deed is signed, we will start the procedure of concluding the purchase agreement, drawing up all the necessary documents.

Receipt of keys

After paying the full purchase price and completing all formalities, you will become a full-fledged owner of the apartment!

Guarantee

For interior finishing, we provide a 2-year guarantee from the moment the building is put into operation or from the moment of signing the purchase agreement.

Skanstes virsotnes are four 24-storey residential buildings in Skanste – a place that is often called the Riga of the future. With the development of this project, an underused area near the city centre has been turned into a contemporary environment, becoming one of the most modern parts of central Riga for a dynamic city lifestyle. 


All apartments have balconies or terraces. Residents have access to underground and surface parking as well as children’s playgrounds and recreation areas.

The Jaunbiķeri quarter has 14 functional buildings on seven hectares of peace, quiet and fresh air. The project is only a 20-minute drive from the centre of Riga. 


In the middle of the quarter, a green area with walking paths has been created in a thriving cluster of pines. A network of paved sidewalks has been laid out between the buildings and six children’s playgrounds have been created. For the convenience of residents, both underground and surface parking lots have been constructed.
